A lower-level apartment and game room are accessible from the interior of the house and have a private entrance from the outside. The lower level includes a small living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with a bath directly across the hall. 

Entertainment includes pool table, foosball table, TVs, gorgeous pool & patio area. Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy the well-maintained Deep Bottom association courts.
