The heated saltwater pool is 16 x 32' and is 4 to 8 feet deep end to end. To one end is located a pool house/cabana that features a sitting area with a tv, desk & chair for those who might need a quiet office area, a service kitchen with sink, small refrigerator and icemaker, and a powder room. Lastly, a spacious enclosed outside shower room is just off of the pool house, and an additional outside shower is at the back of the main house. The poolside patio area has 8 chaise lounge chairs ( not all seen in photos as the patio area has been expanded since photos were taken. There are two patio dining tables, one at the head of the pool near the pool house, and one located on the patio just off the kitchen/dining area. A propane fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs is just off of the main living area and overlooks the pool and yard areas. 

This impeccably maintained village home is beautifully furnished and enhanced with original artwork. The family room features comfortable sofa seating, a reading nook, and a TV. French doors lead to the outdoor living and entertainment spaces.  The kitchen and dining areas flow open to the patio dining area and pool/yard.  The spacious chef's kitchen features a large center island that seats 6, a Wolf 6 burner stove, tv, stone counters, wine cooler, and a combination of stainless and cabinet-fronted appliances.

The perfectly charming first-floor Primary Bedroom is en suite, with dual access from inside the bedroom and hall area to the bath. The 2nd level guest bedrooms include a bedroom with a queen, and two bedrooms each have a pair of twin beds. There is a 2nd level hall bath with a tub/shower. Family members can enjoy their own TV/entertainment in the second-level office/study. 

The ideal in-town location and setting of this home provide the perfect setting for your vacation retreat. The private and professionally landscaped backyard features generations of mature plantings, perennial gardens, and pool & patio area, 

The Pool Cabana also serves as a private home office. It is a quiet and comfortable meeting space equipped with a desk, Hermann Miller chair, sofa, Ethernet cable, 42” Smart TV, coffee/ bar area, ice maker, refrigerator and a 1/2 bath
