Additionally, guests can reach a private association stretch south beach by motoring up the pond to the barrier beach, where calm waters await on the pond side and a surf beach lies along the south shore. Upon entering the main house, you’re greeted by the impressive great room featuring vaulted ceilings with hand-hewn beams. The spacious living area, complete with a TV, flows seamlessly into the dining area, which is perfectly positioned between the living room and kitchen. The chef's kitchen is a dream, equipped with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, a prep island with seating, and a wet bar. Glass doors open to the outdoor dining area, which includes a grill station for al fresco meals.

The main level also offers additional lounge spaces, including a cozy library with comfortable chair and sofa seating around a media area, for a quiet retreat,  and a separate kids’ TV room.

The grand primary suite, located on the first floor, features a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a media center, a work nook, and French doors that lead out to the front patio. The en suite bath boasts a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity for ultimate relaxation.

On the second level, you'll find four additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers flexibility, with the option of a king bed or two singles, and includes an en-suite bath with a glass walk-in shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature two single beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while Bedroom 5 is fitted with two single beds and a small bath with a shower area.

The separate guest house, (no photos available at this time) located above the carriage house, offers an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. It includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with single-over-single bunk beds—and a shared bath with a shower just off the living space. Additionally, the guest house has its own outdoor shower area for added convenience. The guest house is just on the other side of the pool which is centered between the main and guest house.
