The back of the house overlooking the large yard has a deck with a dining table and gas grill.

This lovely home is conveniently located to all three down-island towns, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and Edgartown. It's a 10 to 15-minute drive to multiple beaches, fine dining, tennis, golf, shopping,  galleries, and the village centers each with its own storied history.
