Seaview Condo Unit, Gorgeous Water Views, In Town Location, Modern updated Interior!

Note: Seavies Condos is a 3-minute walk from the Steamship Authority dock in Oak Bluffs and two blocks from the Island Queen ferry dock. Perfect location if you cannot or do not wish to bring a car. Grocery Store, shops, supply stores, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance from this location.  Beach directly across the street.  Bike paths begin just a short distance from the house and lead to State Beach and Edgartown. 

Waterfront. Seaview Condo # 205 is a corner unit with a balcony and spectacular water views. Perfect in-town location just across the street from Inkwell Beach, walk to the town center or pick up the bike path just a few hundred yards from the complex and bike the shoreline along State Beach all the way to Edgartown.

This lovely condo unit features an open light-filled floor plan in the main living areas. Glass doors from the dining area and the primary bedroom open onto the balcony area.  The dining area overlooks the beach and views of the Vineyard Sound. The living room hosts comfortable seating with a sofa and two wing-back chairs, end tables, bookcase and is centered around the large TV. The decor boasts just the right nod to a nautical motif.  

The kitchen features granite counters, and stainless appliances, and is well supplied with cooking and serving items for meal preparation.  There is a large pass-through window that is open to the living and dining areas. 

There are two nicely sized bedrooms, a primary with a queen bed en-suite and the 2nd bedroom at the opposite end of the unit has two single beds and uses the hall bath.  Baths have been updated and vanities have granite tops. 

Last but not least you enter into a mudroom that leads into the kitchen, complete with a sitting bench, rug, and wooden oar with hooks.

Located just across the street from Inkwell Beach, with State Beach 2 miles from the unit.  Walk to town center and harbor front area.  Bike paths run 5 miles along State Beach and begin just a 1/4 mile from the Seaview Condos.

Renters have to supply their own, sheets, towels, and blankets at this unit.  Linens can be rented, delivered, and picked up with Martha's Linen Rental
