At the opposite end of the pool, there is a modern pool house with french doors, AC, sofa and chair, 50" TV, stone floors, and bath with glass shower. Just to the side of the pool house is a modern outdoor kitchen with a grill and cooking area, refrigerator, and sink. Chaise lounge chairs and patio umbrellas line one side of the pool patio.  

The open floor plan flows into the main living room, with sectional sofa seating and large 50"  television integrated into the custom built-in cabinetry.  The French doors open up to the pool area for indoor/outdoor living on the large south-facing patio. The first of two Primary Bedroom suites is located on the first level, features a king bed, 40” TV, luxurious Carrara marble bath with soaking tub and step-in glass, and marble shower in a luxurious spa-like environment. French doors open to a private deck and garden with seating.

The 2nd level hosts three bedrooms including a guest Primary bedroom with king bed, TV en suite bath with dual vanities, and step-in marble shower with glass surround. Bedroom three with queen bed has a TV and is ensuite. Bedroom four with 2 single beds uses the 4th bath located in the hall on the 2nd level. The fifth bedroom is located on the first level features, 2 single beds & TV. 

Head into the village center for top-notch cuisine at one of the many fine restaurants in the village area. Boutique shopping and activities for kids are all within minutes. The calm waters of State Beach are a few miles in one direction, and the surf jumping action of South Beach is a few miles in the other.

Note:  6 zone Sonos system throughout the house and extends to the pool house  Universal remote control for the TV in the living room and media room and an iPad for the music system. 

Pool is heated to 81 degrees last week of June to the first weekend in September and is included.  Pool heat June and September weeks additional charge of $400 per week, please inquire with your agent.
