Lovely Oak Bluffs Home, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 7. Set just on the Outskirts of Oak Bluffs Center

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that sleeps 7. This sweet home is bordered by a large yard and is located just on the outskirts of Oak Bluffs. The patio area will have patio dining, grill area, and seating not shown in the current photos. 

The main living level features an open kitchen, dining, and living areas with a TV. The spacious kitchen features modern appliances and a large center prep island with a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The dining area nicely separates the living and kitchen areas and seats 6. Additionally, the first level hosts the primary bedroom, with a King bed, a private bath & a TV. There is also an additional powder room on the first level.

Two additional lovely bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, a bedroom with a double & TV and a children's bedroom with two trundle beds that sleep 4.  The two extra beds pull out from under the singles seen in the photos. These two bedrooms share a center hall bath. There is also a sitting room on the 2nd level with sofa seating and a desk area for those who might need to get a little work done or a quiet area to relax and read.   

Ideally located just over a mile from Oak Bluffs Center and town beach, with additional public beaches easily accessible. Two additional down-island towns, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown are just a few miles from this location. 

There is a new ping pong table in the unfinished basement which is well maintained, also a sofa & TV. Photo of the area can be seen in photos.
