Set in the heart of the Katama area of Edgartown and only 8/10ths mile to South Beach!  This expanded cape offers extended families 6 bedrooms, multiple living spaces, modern kitchen and lovely back deck area with patio dining and grill area.

The spacious open main living area with cathedral ceiling hosts a spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 4, dining area that seats 8 and opens via sliders to the deck area and the main living area with sectional sofa seating. Just off of the main living area is a media room with TV and also has sectional sofa seating.

The Primary Bedroom is located on the first level with King Bed, TV and sliders that open to the deck. The bath is just outside the entrance to the bedroom.

Three guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and include a children's/teen room and two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed.  These bedrooms share a hall bath on the 2nd level.

The addtional two bedrooms are located over the garage and have private entrance off the back of the house about 20 steps off of the back deck. There is a large bedroom with King bed and TV. The 2nd bedroom with Queen bed is off of the main bedroom.  Each of these bedrooms has direct access from the bedroom to the bath with shower. 

Walk, bike or drive to South Beach and only a 7 minute drive to Edgartown Village center.  Beach provisions and gourmet items to go can be found at Katama General. For all your fresh farm vegetables, fresh baked breads, morning muffins venture to Morning Glory Farm.
