Beautifully maintained four-bedroom vacation home with water views. Just a short walk or drive to private Makonikey association beach,  This can be sandy or rocky depending on seasonal storms and is perfect for a day in the sun, beach walks, and enjoying the stunning sunsets.  Private relaxing location yet just 3 miles to the town center. Multiple public beaches are a 15 to 20-minute drive from the house.

The outdoor spaces include a wrap-around covered porch area on one side that leads to a sunny deck. Families are sure to spend much of their time on the porch with an outdoor dining and grill area and porch rockers.  There is a lovely yard surrounding the house with room for the kids to play.

The main level features an open floor plan with living, kitchen, and dining areas and a separate family room with a 46" TV.  The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked for cooking and serving. The adjacent dining area seats 8 to 10. The laundry area is conveniently located on the main level. 

All bedrooms are spacious and located on the 2nd level and include a primary bedroom with bath. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath and there is a 3rd bath on the 1st level. There is additional overflow sleep space with a queen-size sleeper in the TV Room on the 1st Level.
