The primary bedroom is located in the central area with a private bath  There is a separate living room in the original wing of the house as well as two guest bedrooms each with window AC and 1.5 baths. The detached guest wing is accessed via a screened breezeway, this bedroom with king bed is en suite with AC.

Please note: Hot tub on the property is not available for renter use and wet bar room not available for renter use.

The stairs to the beach are steep and young children will need supervision.

The beach area changes each season with the spring storms, some seasons sandy and other seasons may be a bit rocky.  The photo of the beach represents a point in time and does not represent the beach in the coming season as the shoreline changes each season.
