Located in the desirable enclave of homes known as Hart Haven just on the outskirts of Oak Bluffs Center, rental guests will surely enjoy this beautifully maintained home bordered by a large landscaped yard with woodlands as the backdrop.   There are miles of walking trails located just behind this home, private Hart Haven association tennis courts just a 5-minute walk from the home, and .8 miles to the private association sandy beach on the Vineyard Sound as seen in the photos with parking area exclusive to Hart Haven community.

Miles of bike touring trails can be accessed at the entrance to Hart Haven and lead to Edgartown along the scenic path with State Beach to your left and Sengekontacket Pond and Sanctuary to your right.  Bike paths end just before the heart of Oak Bluffs at which point cycling moves from the designated bike path to roadside cycling

The main living level with oversized windows and walls of glass sliders that provide abundant light throughout, hosts the open kitchen, living and dining areas along with a separate office room adjacent to the kitchen, and not seen in the photos is another sitting room with a TV.

The main family room features sofa and chair seating centered around the media area, and walls of glass sliders on both ends of this area open to the lovely decks and yard areas.

The spacious kitchen is nicely outfitted for meal prep and those who love to cook and features a unique center island, breakfast bar that seats 2, Wolff Gas Range, and stainless steel appliances.  

The dining area centered between the kitchen and living area seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. Glass Sliders open to the deck and outdoor dining and grill area.  French doors open from the kitchen and dining area into the office room which in turn is open to the gracious foyer. Completing the main level is a mud room, full bath, and laundry center.

The 2nd level plays host to 4 bedrooms each with TV. A primary bedroom with a private bath and a King bed, two bedrooms each with Queen beds, and a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed -( 2 singles).  There is a central hall bath on the 2nd level and a 3rd full bath on the main level. 

Last but certainly not least a spacious deck area at the rear of the home is the heart of summer living with a dining table that seats 8 and a large gas grill. This area overlooks the beautiful backyard where all can enjoy a game of wiffle ball and young children have room to run and play.
