Outstanding Waterfront Home & Guest House, Panoramic Views, Beach on the Lagoon, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, AC

Gorgeous Expansive Waterfront Main & Guest Cottage, perfect for a multigenerational family vacation.  Spectacular views across and up the lagoon, this pristine home and guest cottage sits on just under two acres and is beautifully landscaped.  Stairs lead from the home to the private waterfront on the lagoon.  Paddleboard, kayak or swim out to the owner's 16x 8-foot floating platform or just relax on one of the multiple decks overlooking the lagoon, the sunsets are amazing. The guest cottage also has amazing views from the living area and the screened porch. 

The main living level offers wide open spaces and multiple seating areas in the great room that includes a media area. Glass sliders open from two sides to the deck areas with table seating, The spacious dining area boasts beautiful views of the lagoon and is nicely set between the kitchen and living area. The large kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, an additional prep sink area and is well outfitted for meal preparation. Ease of access to the grill and bluestone patio via a door from the kitchen area! 

Two of the five bedrooms are located in the West Wing of the house. The Primary Bedroom with floor-to-ceiling water views and a private deck hosts a King bed, TV, and a private bath. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.  The guest primary has a King Bed, TV, and private bath. The 3rd bedroom in the main house is a suite located on the lower level and features a queen-size bed, two singles in an alcove, a seating area around the TV, and a bath with a shower located on this level. This suite is accessed via the outside entry only.  

The guest cottage with lovely water views is located about 8 steps off of the main house, hosts a small kitchen area, living room with TV, screened porch, and two of the five bedrooms sharing a bath. The large bedroom has a king bed and TV. The smaller bedroom has toe to toe single beds suitable for children or young teens.

For your comfort and enjoyment: Mini-split AC units in all living areas of the main house and guest cottage, and in each of the 5 bedrooms, 6 TVs in total throughout the main & guest cottage,  a bluestone patio area just off the kitchen and living area is set up with Adirondack chairs and the gas grill is located in this area. A large outside shower with a dressing area is located just outside of bedroom 3, is easily accessed by all, and is the perfect area to rinse the sand from the beach.  The owner provides a couple of paddleboards, oars, and life jackets. Additional paddleboards and kayaks can be rented by the week and delivered to the waterfront.  Kayak enthusiasts are sure to enjoy the vast lagoon area. 

When you are ready to venture out, you are just 2 miles to Oak Bluffs center, Inkwell Beach, and Oak Bluffs town beach areas. Edgartown and Vineyard Haven are but a 10 to 15-minute drive from the house as are multiple public beaches outside of the town of Oak Bluffs.

Note: The stairs from the home to the beach are steep and photos are provided. Young children will need guidance on the stairs!
