Nestled in the lovely private community of homes and condos,  this charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is just a five-minute walk to the association pool and tennis courts,  Located  two miles from Vineyard Haven Village Center.  Relax on the large back deck with a patio dining table that seats 4 and two chaise lounge chairs. Play a game of tennis or take a dip in the large association pool. Mink Meadows Public Golf Course and Club is a 5-minute drive from the condo.

This spacious condo features a light-filled main living level that includes a living room with a media area including a smart TV and sound comfortable seating, a cathedral ceiling, a large dining area that seats 6 to 8 comfortably and nicely separates the kitchen from the living area, and a large well-stocked kitchen with center prep island breakfast bar, stainless appliances. gas cooktop, and lots of counter space. The laundry center is located behind bi-fold doors just off of the kitchen. There is additional living space adjacent to the kitchen with a TV and opens to the large deck. A powder room is located on the first level. 

Two bedroom suites are located on the 2nd level.  The primary with a King Bed has a large bath with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a step-in shower. The open landing on the 2nd level separates the two bedrooms. The guest bedroom also has a king bed (two singles pushed together and  is en-suite.

The use of cheerful organic color is evident in the decor of this vacation home and provides a soothing palate in which to relax. The condo has central AC, two large-screen tvs, and a gas grill.

The three main town centers each with their unique, diverse characteristics, are located just 2 to 10 miles from the community of Tashmoo Cove. Shopping, entertainment, family and fine dining, grocers, hardware stores, libraries, galleries, movie theaters, fish and gourmet markets, YMCA, golf courses, and tennis can be found in each of the towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown. 

Beautiful public beaches are but a 10 to 15-minute drive from the house and include calm water swimming off the North Shore beaches, and for those who enjoy a little wave action, the south-facing beaches are sure to please.
