The kitchen showcases a sizable center island with a prep sink, a breakfast bar seating four, sleek quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances, including a professional-grade 6-burner gas stove, a spacious French door refrigerator, and a wine cooler.

Adjacent to the kitchen area lies a cozy TV room, furnished with a large-screen TV and a plush leather sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding. A discreetly tucked-away pocket door leads to the laundry area, ensuring convenience and functionality.

On the main level, two of the four bedrooms reside in a dedicated wing off the living space.
