This classic Vineyard waterfront retreat boasts a bright and airy first level featuring an open living, dining, and kitchen area. With recently added mini-split AC units, you’ll stay cool and comfortable during those warm summer days.

Step out onto the expansive screened porch, where panoramic views and breathtaking sunrises await. The porch opens to a waterfront yard, complete with a picnic table and grill area. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining space, tucked just around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry area and the second bathroom featuring a tub shower nearby. 

The cottage includes a first-level primary bedroom with a king bed, AC, and an en-suite bath, along with a cozy small bedroom featuring a single bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and another with a queen bed, mini split AC in the queen bedroom also cools the room with twin beds when the double doors between the bedrooms are open.  

Enjoy easy access to multiple beaches on both the North and South Shores, just a 10 to 15-minute drive away. Scenic bike paths leading to town and connecting to touring trails start just a few hundred yards from the cottage.

The picturesque Edgartown Village Center is also nearby, offering boutique shops, grocery stores, a fish market, galleries, a library, movie theaters, and a variety of family-friendly and gourmet dining options.
