The main level hosts a light-filled main living area, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom with a Queen bed. One of two baths is located on the main level.

The 2nd level includes the primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, and direct access from the bedroom to the 2nd level bath. Bedroom three has 2 single beds and hall access to the 2nd level bath.  

Lucy Vincent Beach is an 8-minute drive from the house as is the scenic fishing village of Menemsha and Menemsha Beach.
